Office Hours Our office is open for patient appointments Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 PM. Please call during regular business hours to schedule an appointment or for general questions. Special schedules may be in effect around holidays. Appointment Cancellations Please call to cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice. No Shows to office visits may be charged a fee. Medical emergencies: Go directly to the Emergency Room at St. David’s Medical Center. The physician on duty will begin treatment and notify the on-call physician of your arrival. Prescription refills: Please call during office hours when your medical chart can be reviewed. Please have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy when you call to expedite the prescription refill request. Phone calls: We have a highly trained and caring staff with experience in otolaryngology. They can answer many of your questions about medications and treatment. If they are unable to answer your question, then Dr. Chu will be notified. Please understand that it is difficult to treat patients by phone and many requests for treatment will require an office visit. Phone Calls to Dr. Chu: Telephone calls that Dr. Chu must personally return are made during and after office hours. If possible, morning calls will be made at 11:00 am and afternoon calls at 4:00 PM.
